How do I choose the best life jacket or PFD for me?

Where can I buy a life jacket in Australia?

Can I return my Vaikobi product?

We want our customers love their Vaikobi products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Do you ship to my country?

Vaikobi sends products to ocean addicts all over the world! Shipping costs apply to orders under $100 AUD, $100 USD and 100 EUROS, which are calculated before you check out. Read more about our shipping policy here.

How long will it take to get my order?

What should I wear paddling in very cold conditions?

How do I care for my Vaikobi gear?

Vaikobi paddling clothing and sailing clothing should always be washed in a cold gentle machine cycle with a small amount of gentle detergent, then dried in the shade. All garments include a care label sewn into the seam. For any concerns about caring for your watersports gear, please contact our sales team.
