Australia and New Zealand
  • All orders over AUD200 will be shipped free of charge (delivery within 1-4 days).
  • Orders under AUD200 can choose standard shipping for $12.50 
  • Express Post shipping for Australian addresses is available for orders placed before 12.30PM each day for $18
Asia Region
  • All orders will be charged AUD $30 (delivery in 7-14 days)

    *Asia region includes: Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, China & Malaysia
United States of America
  • All orders will be charged USD $17.95 and shipped via DHL Express (delivery within 2-7 days). 

Price is inclusive of import duties/tariff’s & taxes

Canada
  • All orders will be charged CAD $30 (delivery within 2-8 days) for expedited shipping AND duties pre-paid
Europe (EU)
  • All orders will be charged EUR20 and shipped via DHL Express (delivery within 6-12 days).

United Kingdom
  • All orders will be charged GBP20 and shipped via DHL Express (delivery within 6-12 days).

Do you ship to my country?

Vaikobi sends products to ocean addicts all over the world! Shipping costs apply to orders under $200 AUD, $200 USD and 200 EUROS, which are calculated before you check out.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You'll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Can I return my Vaikobi product?

We want our customers love their Vaikobi products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
