Vaikobi is on the lookout for an exceptional Teamwear Coordinator to join our Sydney-based team. Our brand is rapidly expanding, with a loyal and growing customer base across the marine industry, corporate partners, clubs, and sports teams. About the Role
As our Teamwear Coordinator, you’ll be the key link between our clients and our production team. You’ll manage the end-to-end coordination of custom teamwear orders; overseeing timelines, artwork approvals, production progress, and client communications. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role where organisation, communication, and service are everything.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end project management of custom clothing and teamwear jobs
- Liaise directly with clients to ensure their vision is executed with precision and care
- Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Maintain clear and professional communication across multiple stakeholders
- Monitor and manage timelines, budgets, and production progress
- Deliver a premium client experience with a focus on reliability, accuracy, and responsiveness
About You
- Impeccable attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Comfortable working with a wide range of customers, from clubs to corporate clients
- Proven experience in project coordination or customer service roles (apparel or production industry experience is a bonus)
- A problem-solver who can think on your feet and juggle multiple tasks with ease
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Warehouse and Logistics Assistant. This role offers flexible working hours during school hours, perfect for those who need a job that fits around family or other commitments.
As a Warehouse and Logistics Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for receiving, organising, and dispatching goods, as well as maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming deliveries
- Organising and storing products in the warehouse
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Maintaining inventory levels and updating stock records
- Ensuring the warehouse is clean, organised, and safe
- Adhering to all health and safety guidelines
Requirements:

You will work alongside the Vaikobi Chief Designer on creating apparel products for Vaikiobi’s corporate and key accounts, to deliver products on budget and on time.
You will also help expand Vaikobi’s core apparel range and add to the design department’s overall proficiency and expertise. You will be required to assist with custom teamwear branding mockups and presentations. You will assist with specification documents, and ordering and all aspects of production.
Proven experience in apparel design, and proficiency in design software is essential.
