If you purchased from www.vaikobi.com, please initiate your return within 6 weeks of receiving your order. You’ll need your order number from your confirmation email or delivery packaging.
Customers in Australia, New Zealand, the US, and Canada can easily arrange a return for store credit, refund, or exchange. Just click the button below to get started.
For customers outside these regions:
Please email us at customerservice@vaikobi.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll provide further instructions, as return options vary depending on your location.
Faulty / Defective Products
If your Vaikobi product has a fault in workmanship or fabrication, we’ll replace it at our cost - wherever you are in the world.
- Bought from an authorised dealer? Return it to the store for an exchange.
- Bought from www.vaikobi.com? Click the button below to submit your return request. Make sure to include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if possible — this helps us respond faster.
Bought from stockist?
If you bought your Vaikobi product from an authorised Vaikobi dealer, please take your purchase back to the shop and they will happily arrange your exchange or refund. Please note that their terms and conditions for returns may be different to ours.
