What is the EU right of withdrawal?

EU consumer law gives customers living in and ordering from the European Union (EU), the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of delivery, without needing to provide a reason.

Items must be returned to Vaikobi HQ in Australia at your own cost — we recommend a tracked service. If your order hasn't yet been dispatched, we'll cancel it and process your refund straight away. Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your items back.

How long will it take to get my order?

Vaikobi ships from our headquarters in Sydney Australia. The time it takes to receive your Vaikobi order depends on where you live. Please check the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. For a list of approximate delivery times click here.
