As Vaikobi continues to work with the best Athletes in the our sport, we are stoked to announce that Austin Kieffer from San Diego, California has joined the Vaikobi Race Team
Austin, 23, is the most promising Surf Ski Paddler in the US and was in the Team USA White Water Slalom squad building up to the 2012 London Olympic Games.
Originally from North Carolina, Austin moved to the west coast to pursue Surf Ski racing which is now his biggest passion and he placed a fantastic 9th place in the gruelling Cape Point Race in South Africa in December 2013.
With a university degree in Psychology, Austin coaches and trains all over California and is preparing hard for a big 2014 season.
