RETURNS

We’re committed to selling high-quality products we hope you’ll enjoy using,  However we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you’ve bought. We recommend that you keep your order number, which can be found on your order confirmation email or on the delivery packaging, as you will need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE PROCEDURES

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item.

If you bought your Vaikobi product from an authorised Vaikobi dealer, please take your purchase back to the shop and they will happily arrange your exchange or refund. Please note that their terms and conditions for returns may be different to ours.

Online Returns by Post:

1. Return goods, within 28 days. The 28 days begins from the day your order has been shipped.

2. The goods should not been worn, washed, or damaged in any way.

We do not accept responsibility for any goods returned to us that are damaged or lost in transit.

To keep our delivery costs to a minimum all returns of non-faulty products are returned at the customers cost.

Online Exchanges by Post

2. The goods should not been worn, washed, or damaged in any way. Swim wear items will only be accepted with the hygiene sticker still in place.

3. You have contacted Vaikobi Head Office: sales@vaikobi.com and obtained a return authorisation number to attached to your original invoice.

REFUND POLICY

Warranty

Should there be a fault in the quality of workmanship or fabrication of your Vaikobi product, Vaikobi will replace the faulty item at our cost.

  1. Please contact Vaikobi Head office, sales@vaikobi.com, to obtain a return authorisation number and instructions on how to return the garment for assesment and replacement.
  2. Once a return authorisation code is acquired, please ship the garment, including the corresponding email with authorisation code on it to:

3. Once garment is assessed, the replacement product will be re-shipped within 3 working days.
