Chest

Measure the fullest area of your chest. Stand up straight and breath normally.

Waist

Measure around the narrowest part (typically where your body bends side to side), keeping the tape horizontal.

Hips

Measure around the widest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.

Tips:

    Perfect for 80% of winter paddling.

    This is my favorite piece of gear. I wear the new base layer long sleeve during the colder pre-dawn workouts, but if there is any sun in the sky, this is absolutely the perfect weight to take the chill off, but keep you from overheating as well. I pair it with the V-Cold shorts to great effect in our decidedly temperate San Diego winter weather, but water temp in the 50’s (F) is still pretty nippy. Great piece of kit.
