Perfect fit, warm as toast

I paddle on the Strait of Juan de Fuca where water temps rarely move above the mid-50s (Fahrenheit), and winter water temperatures are often in the mid-40s. In May, I purchased a pair of VCOLD 3mm GBS Paddle Pants that are comfortable, flexible (allowing good rotation for surfski and outrigger paddling), protect the torso up past the waist and appear to work well in the 50-degree water of the Northwest Spring. I will need to buy another pair to let me have one pair drying while the other one is ready for paddling. They are tight around the ankles which bodes well for their future usefulness, but that adds a bit of time on shore before paddling out.

Needed for winter paddling surf ski in Scotland . Bought top and bottoms . Delighted . Great comfortable fit , stayed dry and warm. Might need less above 15c.

It was with much guilt that I spent this much money on paddling pants but I have 2 pairs of Vaikobi shorts and the lighter Vcold pants and they are perfect so I went ahead and ordered these! They fit perfectly! They don’t bunch up anywhere, they don’t slide down my backside, they don’t chafe and they are WARM. I essentially bought myself more paddling days! Cold ones! Worth every penny

Fantastic product. To keep my back and lower limbs warm and dry from the cold southern ocean in winter is greatly appreciated. As a senior paddler with a bad back I found the high cut on the lower back not only warm but supportive. I exit my ski after a long paddle with so much more vigour than before I had these paddle pants. I love ‘em.
