Perfect fit
V4 is awesome and the fit is great. I’m 5’7 at 155lb and I got a medium and if fits great. Good flotation and doesn’t get in my way when paddling and doesn’t feel bulky!!

V4 vs v3
I have both v3 and v4, I really like the improvement on v4, here are the reasons:
1. Bigger front pockets - I can finally tuck my phone fully inside the pocket vs the v3 I can only tuck my phone sideway with half of it on the outside, often fell out dangling with my lanyard. For the second front pocket, I filled the 500ml hydration bag with Pocari Sweat, very handy when I want something else than water from my hydration bag on the back.
2. New elastic loops on the front- handy for adding carabiner for a whistle or clip my gloves.
3. More vibrant on the front for safety.
