They are perfect for my needs (sufski in Sicily) , not too warm but really comfortable and suitable
The Vcold flex top is SO comfortable! A beautiful easy stretch makes it easy to put on and move in. It’s actually cozy to pull it on for a chilly morning paddle here on the Canadian west coast. And yet it’s not hot or uncomfortable to paddle in once you get going. It has become my go-to base layer paddling top for much of our year round SUP season. And it dries fast in between sessions as needed. If you needed one paddling top to deal with virtually everything short of frequent cold water immersion this is it. Highly recommended.
I used this top in a race last weekend with a thinner paddling top underneath. I certainly didn’t need that extra layer. I got too hot. This paddling top is soft and just the right thickness to keep you warm all by itself (even in Tassie). The XS was surprisingly a bit too generous around the waist but it was spot on for me around the back and shoulders (which is where it matters the most).
Second time of use, I came off surf ski 3 times in 8 degree water. Worked a treat, even in a NZ summer it will keep me warm!
Great piece of gear - warm but not too hot Keeps warm when wet and in the wind but very comfortable to paddle in (sure ski and prone paddle board)

If one of your body measurements is in between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit. If your body measurements for hips and waist correspond to two different suggested sizes, order the one indicated by your hip measurement.
WAIST: Measure around the narrowest part (typically where your body bends side to side), keeping the tape horizontal.
HIPS: Measure around the widest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.
CHEST: Measure the fullest area of your chest. Stand up straight and breath normally.
