I admit, I was stalking this shirt when I heard about it on Bar Karate, the Sailing Podcast. I absolutely love those idiots, and wanted to support them. After weeks of hunting, I couldn't find it, so I reached out to them and shared my predicament, along with some humorous but unfounded accusations. They ended up sending me a gift card for my efforts, and I promptly purchased the sun shirt. I have many sun shirts already, but this one stood out from the rest by miles (or Km for you down under...) the super light weight makes wearing it all day super comfortable. No chafing like some of my other heavier fabric sun shirts. The hoodie is practically weightless, but covers very well. What I like best is the extra long sleeves with thumb holes so I don't get that ridiculous sunburn stripe on my wrist just below my sailing gloves. In the 105 degree days on the wayer, this shirt breaths and ventilates well. Its stretchy in all the right ways, and doesn't ride up or bunch no matter how sweaty or agressively I'm pursuing the action. I will absolutely order this again in different colors, and am proud to represent both Bar Karate, and Vaikobi with this awesome shirt. Im rocking the blue in my post yacht Pic.
