Warranty + Returns
We want you to love your Vaikobi gear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
- If your order arrives faulty or not as described, contact us at [email protected] straight away and we'll sort it out — wherever you are in the world.
- Changed your mind or need a different size? Items can be returned within 6 weeks of delivery in unused, undamaged, and fully resellable condition for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
- Sale and Outlet items (including Black Friday orders) are not eligible for a refund but may be exchanged or returned for store credit — email [email protected] for assistance.
- EU customers have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned to Vaikobi HQ in Australia at your own cost. See our full EU withdrawal policy here.

Love my hat. Nice size brim. I have a small head and do wish the strap in the back was more adjustable. I was able to wrap it around and it works nicely.
