  • Vaikobi products are made to the highest standards, however if your product arrives in less than perfect condition, or not as you expected, please contact us immediately so we can make it right
  • If you would like to exchange the size or have changed your mind, the item must be returned within 6 weeks of receiving your order.
  • We’re happy to offer a refund, exchange, or store credit as long as the item is returned in unused, not damaged and in fully resellable condition. Items that do not meet this condition may not be eligible for return.
