- Vaikobi products are made to the highest standards, however if your product arrives in less than perfect condition, or not as you expected, please contact us immediately so we can make it right
- If you would like to exchange the size or have changed your mind, the item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
- If you are returning an item, it must be in saleable condition and must not have been used, washed, or damaged in any way
