I highly recommended buying this Vaikobi life vest! My friend got caught by a 5 meters swell while we are rock fishing and kiama blow hole and unfortunately im the only one wearing this life jacket. He got a very bad injury which are fracture from shoulder, broken leg, and fractured in the forehead. He spend 15 minutes floating with the said injury before he manage to grab this Vaikobi life jacket. Buy this life jacket guys don’t hesitate to spend money for this item guys! Unfortunately my jacket didn’t comeback to me after the incident but it’s alright as long as my friend is safe!

This jacket was purchased with hope of finding a more comfortable PFD for kayaking and sailing. After a two hour paddle it passed the test, the jacket did not ride-up to rub against my neck and it provided ample buoyancy when I tested it by jumping off the jetty, pleasingly it stayed in place and did not ride-up in the water. Very satisfied with the purchase.

As described, I use it for dragon boating, no restrictions when paddling, easy to put on & remove, pocket perfect for phone & keys!

Vaikobi and the staff are fantastic. They were extremely helpful with my questions and concerns. My PFD is great. Exactly what I wanted for paddling and is very comfortable.

I’ve bought a series of life jacked over the years and this one suits me best, because when you fall out of your boat you don’t scratch the carbon fibre when trying to pull yourself back in. It’s low profile which means there’s just less bulk. You can easily swim with it on as well! Great paddling jacket!
