Returning an online order:
- If you purchased your item from www.vaikobi.com, you can request a return within 6 weeks of receiving your order. You’ll just need your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email or on the delivery packaging.
- We’re happy to offer a refund, exchange, or store credit as long as the item is returned in unused, not damaged and in fully resellable condition. Items that do not meet this condition may not be eligible for return.
- Sale or Outlet items are not eligible for a refund, however, in some cases they may be exchanged or returned for store credit (including all Black Friday orders).
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to Vaikobi. We offer return hubs in Australia, New Zealand, and the USA, depending on where your order was originally shipped from.
