Refund policy

Vaikobi are committed to creating high quality water sports garments. We want our fellow ocean addicts to be 100% happy with their gear.

If something is not quite right, here is how to return a Vaikobi product…

  • Goods should be returned to the place of purchase.
  • They must not have been used, washed, or damaged in any way.

Returning an online order:

  • If you purchased your item from www.vaikobi.com, you can request a return within 6 weeks of receiving your order. You’ll just need your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email or on the delivery packaging.


  • We’re happy to offer a refund, exchange, or store credit as long as the item is returned in unused, not damaged and in fully resellable condition. Items that do not meet this condition may not be eligible for return.


  • Sale or Outlet items are not eligible for a refund, however, in some cases they may be exchanged or returned for store credit (including all Black Friday orders).


  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to Vaikobi. We offer return hubs in Australia, New Zealand, and the USA, depending on where your order was originally shipped from.


  • If you’re exchanging an item, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement back to you. If you need any help or have questions, please contact us at [email protected] - we’re always happy to help.

Returns from Australia, NZ, USA or Canada:

Customers based in Australia, New Zealand, the United States and Canada wishing to return a product bought from our online store should click here to easily arrange returns for store credit, refund or exchange.

Returns from the rest of the world:

Please contact us at [email protected] to let us know your order number and what items you would like to return or exchange.

We will provide further instructions by email as details vary depending on your location.

Returning a retail (physical store) purchase:

  • If you bought your Vaikobi product from an authorised Vaikobi dealer, please take your purchase back to the shop and they will happily arrange your exchange or refund. Please note that their terms and conditions for returns may be different to ours.

EU Withdrawal

EU customers have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, use the withdrawal button below — you'll receive an email confirmation once your request has been submitted.

Please note that the withdrawal process is for refunds only. If you'd prefer an exchange or store credit, please email [email protected] with your order number.

Items must be returned to Vaikobi HQ in Australia at the customer's cost, and we recommend using a tracked service. Once your returned items have been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

If your order hasn't yet been dispatched, we'll cancel it and process your refund.


Faulty / Damaged or Defective products:

  • If there is a fault in the quality of workmanship or fabrication of your Vaikobi product, we will replace it at our cost no matter where you are in the world.
  • If you bought your Vaikobi product from an authorised Vaikobi dealer, please take your purchase back to the shop and they will arrange the exchange with you.
  • If you purchased your item from www.vaikobi.com please submit your return request here.
  • You will need your order number, which can be found on your order confirmation email or on the delivery packaging. Please give us some information about the problem in the notes section and provide photos to help us understand the issue. This will help speed up our response to you.
