After wearing my first pair of the VCOLD FLEX pants for the past four years, I have now purchased my second pair. The pants work extremely well in cool water and cold weather. They are super comfortable and durable. I highly recommend those pants because in my opinion they are by far the best pants for any paddling activities.
I love these pants, they fit perfectly, the high waist back is ideal… And they’re super warm while paddling in cold weather here in North Vancouver
Excellent product. Very comfortable to wear. Not only warm but prevents mozzie bites!
While I have had a love and hate relationship with neoprene, the Vaikobi “VCOLD FLEX” pant has definitely changed my perspective. In Atlantic Canada the shoulder seasons (May/Jun – Oct/Nov) can be tricky when it comes to adequate clothing when SuP training. Too much clothing can leave dehydrated and not enough will most certainly cut short your session. In my quest to find the perfect combination, I noticed that many paddling friends in central Canada were raving about Vaikobi; and right they were. I ordered the VCOLD FLEX pants and I have to say that they are a game changer. Their ability to strategically regulate body temp in large muscle groups is by far the best I have experienced…and the plush inner micro-fleece is comfy AF. The reverse stitching, high back and lower front were well thought to give you uncompromised performance. One minor issue though. I found the size chart to depict the right measurements; however, the garment appears to be one size smaller, even though it is understood that it’s supposed to be form fitting.
So comfortable in all the right spots
|Size||HEIGHT (CM)||WEIGHT (KG)||CHEST (CM)||WAIST (CM)||HIPS (CM)|
|Size||HEIGHT (Feet + Inches)||WEIGHT (Pounds)||CHEST (Inches)||WAIST (Inches)||HIPS (Inches)|
|WEIGHT (KG)||CHEST (CM)||WAIST (CM)||HIPS (CM)|
|WEIGHT (LB)||CHEST (IN)||
If one of your body measurements is in between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit. If your body measurements for hips and waist correspond to two different suggested sizes, order the one indicated by your hip measurement.
WAIST: Measure around the narrowest part (typically where your body bends side to side), keeping the tape horizontal.
HIPS: Measure around the widest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.
CHEST: Measure the fullest area of your chest. Stand up straight and breath normally.
